Last Year, (I know, I am the WORST blogger, I have made it a goal to be better in 2015) I had the opportunity to do a fun brunch shoot with District Weddings and Lisa from Sweet Tea Photography. We tried to incorporate blues and greens and beautiful cinnamon color. We had so much fun in Lisa's backyard hanging cobalt goblets with succulents on the trees. At the end of it, we all wanted to eat up those scones and orange juice. Enjoy the pictures, and then go have brunch afterwards!
You know this couple was meant to be because their names are basically the same. What an adorable couple they were and still are. You could tell how much they loved each other, and it was such a pleasure to work with them. Honestly. And how about Erik's suit? MMMMM....such a delicious blue color. Enjoy!
Let's be honest....I'm not great at blogging. But who can resist this adorable bride of mine. She's this tiny little yoga instructor who I feel gigantic around. It's awesome. I made her a floral crown, and I thought she looked fab in it. Here is a little sneak peek of her and her wedding. More pictures to come later! Maybe like in 3 months....haha
Also...please don't mind that this was a screenshot taken from my phone. Totes profesh.
A few weeks ago I had the glorious opportunity to do the florals for an event we hosted at the Georgetown Anthropologie where I work part time. We hosted an event for "Sweet Paul" who is a blogger and crafter, and we oh so graciously sell his books in our store....wink wink. I made about 12 arrangements for the event and it was so fun!!!! Here is how some of them turned out...
